School Closed Friday 2nd March
Unfortunately the schools will be closed again tomorrow, Friday 2nd March. Due to the poor weather conditions and the forecast showing no signs of improving, it is for the health and safety of the pupils that I have had to make this decision.
Kind Regards

The Leader of the House of Commons visits UJS
Andrea Leadsom, the Leader of the House of Commons visited UJS today.
She led an assembly for Year 6 on the history of the suffragette movement.
She talked to us about considering different, non-gender specific jobs.
We talked about social media, she asked us for opinions on how it can be misused.
She explained what it was like to be an MP, and she answered many questions too.
Some of the question she answered were:
- what is the newest law?
- what's the biggest thing you've been part of?
- How frequently do you visit 10 Downing Street?
- Why did you pull out of the leadership race for the Conservatives?
- Do you ever get time to relax?
- If you could be Minister of anything what would it be?
Miss Edgcombe and the Prefects showed her around the schools.
